Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved specifically for you, as well as other clients who may be waiting for availability.
